Meditation Yoga

Attention is a process of the conscious mind, in which a person focuses his consciousness on a selected realm or place in the external world. It is synonymous with the English word “attention”. The use of transitive verbs like “give”, “remove”, “keep” etc. with it in Hindi proves the necessity of personal effort. Through meditation we bring the chosen subject to the mental surface with clarity and consistency.

There is a big difference between yoga meditation and this general meditation. The first leads to spiritual goals through the use of the power of long-term practice, while the second goal is physical and simple daily power is the only thing that works. Sampurnananda Prabhriti Some Indian scholars consider yoga-like meditation to be an extreme developed state of general meditation.

Meditation has three types of dispositions- (a) Instinctive (i.e. at the sound of a bang). (B) Rape- (i.e., in case of finding on the map), (c) Earned (i.e., in fresh newspaper headlines).

There is a span of attention. In a limited time, only a few objects get distracted for a while. (E.g.) When two or three friends are talking in a room, their different faces, the subject of the talk, the wall of the room or calendar, tablecloth or paperweight etc. are just some of the objects that are in the area of ​​our attention at that time. The exterior of the room is outside that area.
